1. Services

Moments of Magic provides costumed character visits, surprise deliveries, and photo opportunities for personal and public events. Services are available in select areas and may vary by date or availability.

 

2. Bookings & Cancellations

• Bookings must be made at least 24–48 hours in advance.

• Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled visit are non-refundable.

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and instructions.

• If the recipient is not available at the scheduled time, we will attempt one contact or delivery and reserve the right to cancel without refund

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Wix Payments. Prices are subject to change and may vary based on location, time, and service selection.

 

4. Use of Content

All images, branding, and materials on this site are the property of Moments of Magic and may not be copied or used without permission.

 

5. Liability

While we strive to make every visit joyful and smooth, Moments of Magic is not liable for:

• Delays due to weather or unforeseen circumstances

• Reactions to third-party products (flowers, chocolates, etc.)

• Any misuse of information by unauthorized users
