Refund Policy

Thank you for booking with Moments of Magic! We take pride in delivering joy, surprises, and unforgettable moments. Please read our refund policy carefully before confirming your booking.

 

1. Cancellations & Refunds
  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled visit are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled visit are non-refundable, as preparation and scheduling have already taken place.

  • No-shows or failure to provide accurate delivery information may result in loss of your booking without refund.
     

2. Weather or Emergencies

If Moments of Magic must cancel due to severe weather, illness, or other unforeseen emergencies, you will be given the choice of a full refund or rescheduling your service for a future date (based on availability).

 

3. Gift Delivery Issues

If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, we will attempt one contact or delivery. Refunds will not be issued unless Moments of Magic is at fault.

 

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (when applicable), please email us at support@bookmomentsofmagic.com with your booking details. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days once approved.

 

5. Non-Refundable Situations
  • Last-minute cancellations (under 48 hours)

  • Missed appointments due to client error

  • Custom or personalized services already prepared
